Find quick answers to the most common questions about our basketball training, programs, and coaching.
We train with boys and girls of Elementary School (Grades 4-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), High School (Grades 9-12) and even Collegiate-Aged players.
All campers are separated by gender and age.
Our group sessions last 75 minutes.
Our group sessions will cap off at 10 kids. The minimum amount of players for each session is at least six kids for a group session.
Most of our sessions will be held at various schools, churches and gyms throughout the St. Charles county area. You will have to look at the schedule to see where each group is training. You will be given an address on the up to date schedule. Keep an eye out for possible emails incase of any changes to the location of the session.
The first step is to take a look at the schedule to see when your son/daughter’s group is working out. Email [email protected] to reserve your spot. Then, go to the sign up button and register through Ryzer. Once we see that you have signed up, we will put your son/daughter’s name in the spot you reserved. THIS IS A FIRST COME FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Once all 10 slots are filled, that session will be marked off as closed.
Yes, I need at least eight kids in the group to have a team training. I will reserve a time slot that best fits the teams schedule. I will have each individual player sign up similar to registering for a group training. In the email to [email protected], reserve your spot by putting in the subject of the email the team you are with and your son/daughter’s name.

We welcome players of all skill levels. Beginners learn the fundamentals like dribbling, passing, and shooting, while advanced players focus on higher-level skills such as decision-making, scoring moves, and game IQ.
Each session is focused on improving basketball fundamentals—ball handling, footwork, defense, shooting, and passing. Players also learn how to read the game better, make smart decisions, and build confidence on the court.
Players should bring basketball shoes, comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and their own basketball if possible. We’ll provide the structure, drills, and fun.
