GROUP TRAINING

A fun and competitive atmosphere where athletes will work to improve their IQ and overall game. These one hour and fifteen minute sessions will focus on a wide variety of basketball-related skills. Players will be placed in game-like situations, receive shooting tips, ball handling exercises, different finishes around the basket, ball screen situations and other basketball-related drills.

Group workouts are offered as a 10 week academy either once a week at $345 or twice a week at $545.

TEAM TRAINING

Casey will work with a group of kids from the same team to teach better fundamentals like shooting, passing, communication and attacking off of the dribble. This multi-player structure will give consistent reps and practice to an entire team to ensure overall better team success and game execution.

Players will sign up for the group training registration in Ryzer for team sessions and select the team option during registration as well as include their team name.
